Pepsi Blocks is a 5 acre mixed use development project along Sandy Blvd located in Kerns neighborhood in Portland. From Downtown Portland, it takes 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus or bike. While the neighborhoods in the west side of Willamette River are defined as districts such as Downtown, Pearl District, Goose Hollow, NW Portland and Chinatown, relatively speaking, the neighborhoods in the east side are recognizable along the major commercial thoroughfares and their retail uses including theatres, grocers, shops, restaurants, and other daily stores. With the potential to create its own focal point along Sandy Blvd, Pepsi Blocks will preserve an existing Pepsi warehouse to host new retail use and create public open plaza and green space. Pepsi Blocks will feature a mix of residential, retail and office spaces.
