Rego 98 is a rental development project located in Rego Park, a residential neighborhood in Queens, between Elmhurst and Forest Hills. Rego Park appeals to residents with convenience of transportation and shopping options. The neighborhood is for the most part predominantly residential consisting of single family houses and mid-high rise residential buildings, while keeping the commercial use along the Queens Blvd and around the subway station.
